Stephanie brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience to her role. As CEO and Principal Consultant of Employee Benefits International Arizona, Inc. (EBI), she provides employee benefits consultative and brokerage services for mid-sized and large employers. Before EBI, she held executive level positions with Humana, PacifiCare/United Healthcare and Aetna focusing on all aspects of employee benefits for varied size employer groups. Over the last 10 years she has taken EBI from a Start-up agency to be among the largest independent/ privately owned Employee Benefits Insurance Agencies in Arizona.
Offering extensive expertise in program design, market review, renewal negotiation, financial budget projections, claims utilization analysis, risk mitigation, wellness programs, and compliance, Stephanie’s strategic planning with employers is aimed at long-term employee benefit solutions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and consultative value to all aspects of Risk Management.
Stephanie devotes her time to improving benefit pro- grams for employers and their employees. She is committed to controlling healthcare costs, engaging employees to be healthier consumers and delivering creative solutions so her clients can stand out in a competitive employee marketplace.
